The Introduction Week for the Third Intake Year 2009/2010 of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers College University ended yesterday with a closing ceremony at the institution's hall.
The guest of honour was Ra'es KUPUSB Ustazah Dr Hajah Masnon Hj Ibrahim, who also delivered a speech before the end of the programme.
Yesterday's event opened with a recital of the surah al-fatihah, which was led Sarjana Muda Perguruan Agama (Syariah) 2009/2010 Session's Degree student, Khairul Arifin Hj Yusop.
The Dean of Student Affairs cum Chairman of the Introduction Week, Ustaz Hj Yahya Apong, delivered a speech before two student representatives were also given a chance to take the floor - Hj Mohd Hendra Hj Merali and Hjh Mardinah Hj Mohd Dagong.
The students' oath was again heard reverberating throughout the hall, after the first one at the event's opening, which was led by Sarjana Muda Perguruan Agama (Syariah) 2009/2010 Degree student Ahmad Syujaiee Mudim Hj Mattasim.
After the guest of honour's speech, which among others touched on studying techniques and time management, the programme continued with the recital of the doa selamat that was read by Hj Kamal @ Kamaluddin Hj Abd Rahim
